Payment

You can pay through the Estonian netbank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV Pank, Luminor, Coop Pank) or on the basis of invoice.

During the ordering process, select the appropriate bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV Bank, Luminor, Coop Bank,PayPal)  and click on "Pay".

If you choose to pay on the basis of invoice select “Pay by Bank Wire” as your chosen payment method. You will receive an email from us with an order confirmation.

If upon payment of the invoice, the money has not reached the Seller`s bank account within 5 days as of raising the order, the order shall be cancelled automatically

Pre-Payment by bank transfer If you choose the pre-payment from the payment options, we will send an email with the invoice and payment instructions. As soon as we have confirmation that the amount has been credited to our bank account, you'll receive an email confirming that the order is being processed. If payment is not received within 30 days of receipt of your order, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.

Transportation

Upon ordering, you can choose whether you need our transportation or you wish to pick up the goods yourself. If you choose the first option, be sure to enter the shipping address for the delivery of the goods. In this case, additional delivery fees, including VAT, will be added to the price of the goods included in the order. The goods will be delivered by Bambusekeskus’ own vehicle or by DPD courier service. 

Delivery fee depends on the quantity, size and weight of the goods. 

For lighter products (luminaires, ladders), delivery fees within Estonia start from EUR 6.50 depending on the quantity and size of the goods. For larger products, delivery fees within Estonia start from EUR 21 depending on the quantity and size of the goods. The exact shipping cost are determined in the ordering process.


Goods can be ordered to other countries on the basis of prior agreement and price quote.
